The new clamp finished and mounted. I need to order some real T-slot nuts, right now it's just using ground down carriage bolts, which could cause the cast cross-slide to fracture eventually.

The new clamp on the left, old on the right. In making the new clamp, I could have used the item itself in the making, it was hard to contain the surface chatter when facing the non-round object.
